Yvonne began training as a Martial artist in Taekwondo at the age of 10. After becoming a National and International medalist, she became a U.S. Taekwondo Olympic team member at 17. Unfortunately after sustaining a knee injury, she was unable to compete in the 2000 Olympic Games. In 2001 she graduated as a Distinguished Honor Graduate in the Army’s Basic Training Program and also competed in the Military World Games. Since then, she has immersed herself in the study of Kinesiology, sharing her passion with her clients and everyone she meets.
